Meditation is a scientific practice of concentration developed thousands of years ago, in many cultures. It uses the breath as a tool to calm the mind and relax the body.
Meditation is a precious ally for everybody, and particularly so for individuals who are striving to make a positive impact in the world.
Meditation helps you stay calm and better cope with stressful situations.
Meditation teaches you to focus, thereby gaining clarity of mind and efficiency.
Meditation develops your intuition, helping you find innovative and creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems.
And meditation helps you connect to a precious space of inner peace and joy, which can nourish you even when the challenges you face seem hopeless.

I practice and share the Hong So meditation technique, drawing upon the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the famous Autobiography of a Yogi and his disciple Swami Kriyananda, which I received through the Yogananda Academy Raja Yoga School in Assisi, Italy.
