Ananda Yoga – finding the joy within you
Ananda Yoga – the Yoga of Joy – is a beautiful form of Hatha Yoga, created by Swami Kriyananda (a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda), which enlivens our awareness of the deep connections between body, mind and soul. The use of mental affirmations with the yoga postures helps use tune in consciously to the state of being the postures induce, enabling us to connect to the joy, light, and power within us.
Join me in discovering more about what the Science of Yoga can bring to sustainable development through webinars, online Ananda Yoga sessions and thematic workshops!
I can also integrate Ananda Yoga sessions in the facilitation of events (for example holding a morning session before the start of workshop, for the early birds, as we do in the 4SD Immersions in Systems Change for Sustainable Development).
Yoga, SDGs and Climate Action
Did you know that the Science of Yoga encompasses much more than the postures it is famous for?
Yoga is a path of personal transformation that guides us into finding the peace, wisdom, love and joy that lie within us. These are key to forge a path for sustainable development and regeneration grounded in wisdom and compassion.
This video was an invitation to the Narayan webinar on “What the Science of Yoga can bring to the Sustainable Development Goals and Climate Action”, held on the International day of Yoga 2019 (21st June).
